Infrastructure Development Hon. Badi Twalib Bady ameongoza kazi nyingi za kuupgrade maeneo ya Jomvu, akilenga kuifanya iko modern, rahisi kufikia na yenye nguvu kiuchumi. Moja ya mambo yake makubwa ni ujenzi wa Hasmukh Patel Access Road kwenye Owino Uhuru—barabara ya cabro ya mita 400 iliyoleta mabadiliko makubwa kwa usafiri na biashara. Pia ameshikilia juhudi za kuunda barabara ya murram ya kilomita 1.2 inayounganisha Owino Uhuru na Allidina, kuimarisha mobility na kuunganisha watu ndani ya eneo.
